SSC JHT Syllabus 2019- Jr Hindi Translator Selection Process 

The Staff Selection Commission has announced notification for Combined Recruitment of Junior Hindi Translator, Jr Translator, Senior Hindi Translator and Hindi Pradhyapak Exam 2019. Competitors will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in Paper-I & paper-II of the exam only.

There are various selection phases for the selection process. First, eligible candidates will have to qualify the Paper-I. After that shortlisted aspirants will be called for Paper-II (Descriptive).

SSC JHT Exam Pattern 2019- Junior Hindi Translator Exam Scheme

 The Commission is going to hold the Hindi Translator exam in two papers i.e. Paper-I & Paper-II. The Paper-I will be of 100 Marks and question shall be made from General Hindi and General English sections. In another hand, Paper-II will be held for 200 Marks. Check SSC JHT Application form

Important points

  • Paper-I will consist of Objective type- Multiple choice questions only. Paper-II shall be evaluated in respect of only those candidates who attain the minimum qualifying standard in Paper-I or part thereof as may be fixed at the discretion of the commission.
  • There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-I.
  • Paper-II will contain two passages for translation one passage for translation from Hindi to English and one passage for translation from English to Hindi.
