NIFT Application form 2020- The NIFT Admission process started for UG and PG Programmes. The NIFT Entrance Exam is conducting on 19th January 2020 for admission in B.Des, B.Ftech, M.Des, M.F.Mand M.Ftech degree courses. The National Institutes of Fashion Technology has been started the NIFT Application form from 23rd October 2019.
Therefore all students who want to take admission into Bachelors of Design, Bachelors of Fashion Technology, Master of Fashion Technology, Master of Design, Master of Fashion Management, etc they apply for NIFT 2020. They have to clear the Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT) to get selected. So all candidates first check NIFT Admission notification and then fill online form with correct details. The Last Date to apply for NIFT Entrance Exam is on or before 31st December 2019.
NIFT 2020 Notification Eligibility Criteria & Admission Process
Candidates should know that NIFT Entrance Exam will be held into phases such as Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT). The NIFT 2020 Notification released and registration process has also started from 23rd October 2019. Note- From the year 2019, the application fee for General/OBC –BCL has been increased to Rs 2000 from Rs 1500/-. For SC/ST/PwD Candidates fee is increased to Rs 1000 from Rs 750/-

Eligibility Criteria for NIFT Admission 2020
Candidates applying for NIFT Entrance Exam should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria for admission. The eligibility should be in regard to the age limit and qualification for UG and PG progorammes.
Education Qualification
B.Des Programme- Aspirants must have passed 10+2 level from a recognized board or Institution.
B.F.Tech (Apparel Production)- Candidates must have passed 10+2 Level and they must have qualified with subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
M.F.Tech Programme
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in F.Tech from NIFT or B.Tech /B.E from a recognized institute or university.
M.Des programme:
Aspirants must have done their bachelor; Degree from a recognized institute or University OR Should have done UG Diploma in UG design of minimum 3 years from NIFT or NID.
Age Limit- The upper age limit for UF Programmes is 23 years as on 01/10/2019. For SC/ST candidates, the age relaxation is of 5 years.
Note- There is no upper or lower age limit for PG Admission Courses.
Application fee
Candidates have to pay the application fee through online or offline whatever mode is. The application fee has to be paid by debit Card/ Credit Card/ net Banking. For offline payment, the application fee can be paid through demand draft.
