Dalljiet Kaur was born on 15 November 1982 in an army family of Ludhiana. Her father is a retired Colonel and her two elder sisters are in the defense services, as Indian Army officers. Dalljiet married Shaleen in 2009. She got divorced in the year 2016, accusing ex-husband of domestic violence. Couples were also the winners of the dance reality show ‘Nach Baliye’. In 2004, she won the title of “Miss Pune” also participated in various other beauty pageant contests such as ‘Miss navy’, ‘Miss Mumbai’ and ‘Miss Maharashtra Queen’. She also had a son named ‘Jaydon’. Dalljiet reached the stage of ‘Bigg Boss 13’ with her son & got emotional in front of Salman, before her entry.

Dalljiet Kaur met husband Shaleen Bhanot at the sets of the TV show in Kulvaddhu. Both got married on 9^th December 2009. The couple participated and also won the dance reality show ‘Nach Baliye’.

Dalljiet had accused his ex-husband Shaleen Bhanot of beating him. Dalljiet had lodged a police complaint and left the house with his one-year-old son. Dalljiet and Shaleen got divorced in the year 2016.
